I ordered a washer at Superco at the end of April and wanted to have the washer delivered to my house before May. Ken, the manager of Superco, helped me and trying really hard to find the model I wanted. During this time, lots of containers were stuck at the port, and not many inventories were available. Ken was able to find me the washer after a few hours. I was so thankful that I could get the washer on time for my tenant to move in. Home Depot was not able to do it in a few days, plus they didn’t have lots of items in stock and have to wait 2-3 weeks. I am really pleased with Superco. It’s customer service and availability was great. I would strongly recommend this store, a super store to get house appliances. Thank you Ken, you are the best!

Julie spent a lot of time going over design ideas with us to make sure our kitchen looked beautiful and functions efficiently for all we need. The contractors were on time everyday and did work efficiently. Especially the contractor, Luke, he was just Top Notch, he was very responsible for his work and even extended his hours to complete everyday work. It was very pleasant to work with them. This is where my Taiwanese parents buys rice cookers, water heaters, couches, pots and pans—what have you. Now we’re the ones shopping here, who would’ve known?
